There was a strong buzz in the industry circles about Hema Malini having offered Sridevi a film as her comeback vehicle which was accepted by the superstar actress of the 80s. But it seems it was a rumour after all as we found out.
Clearing the doubts, Sridevi’s producer hubby Boney Kapoor has stated that he doesn’t think Sridevi is interested in these come back offers anymore. He has further added, Hema Malini has definitely not offered her any film.
The 45 year old actress seems to be on a reverse ageing spree what with she looking prettier every passing month and its high time she makes a comeback more so because her fans deserve it. When asked about her comeback with the Mr.India sequel, Boney denied it happening anytime soon as it was too early to talk about that project when nothing had been finalized and all news surrounding the film have been mere media speculations.

Ever since I wrote about an upcoming actress Jhanavi kapoor who created a big scene at Abhishek Bachchan's wedding, I got at least 300-500 people looking for Sridevi's daughter's pictures. Now Sridevi's daughter's name is also Jhanavi Kapoor. Google search engine picks up my site every time someone search for Jhanavi kapoor.

So I was searching for actual picture of Sridevi's daughter. And finally couple of days back, one of my friend got this picture as an email forward. So he was talking to me about this and I was like.. this is exactly what I was looking for.

So I asked him to forward it to me so that I can upload it here on my website. So here is the actual picture of Sridevi's daughter. I don't know whether she is Jhanavi or not. I think this picture was taken when Sridevi and her family went to watch one of the famous theater play in South India somewhere. I don't know the details, but if any of you know it, please let me know.

For those who don't know about Sridevi. Sridevi married film producer Boney Kapoor on June 2, 1996.Boney Kapoor and Sridevi have two daughters - Jhanvi Kapoor and Khushi Kapoor. Actor Anil Kapoor, her co-star in a number films, is her brother-in-law.
Updates: Looks like there is a rumor going around about Sridevi's daughter Jhanvi Kapoor as if she is planning to act in bollywood. I am not sure how true it is.

Sridevi (Tamil????????), born on August 13, 1963, is an Indian actress who has starred in hundreds of Hindi, Tamil, Telugu and Malayalam language films.
She started acting at the age of four, and made her debut as an adult in the early 80s. She went on to establish herself as one of the leading actresses of her time. Although she left the industry in 1997, she is regarded by the industry members as one of the most talented and prominent actresses of India.
Sridevi was born in Sivakasi, Tamil Nadu. Her mother tongue is Tamil
.Her father Ayyapan, was a lawyer, and her mother's name was Rajeswari. Sridevi has a sister, Srilatha. She has two step brothers Satish and Anand from her father's previous marriage.
Sridevi started her
as a child artist in the Tamil movie Kandhan Karunai (1967) and acted in many Tamil and Telugu movies. During her early adult career, she acted in a number of Tamil, Telugu and Malayalam movies. Many of her Malayalam movies were directed by I. V. Sasi. Some examples of her notable Malayalam movies are Aadhyapaadam, Aalinganam, Kuttavum Sikshaiyum, Aa Nimisham. In 1976, she got her first big break as a heroine in K. Balachander's Moondru Mudichu, where she starred opposite Kamal Haasan and Rajnikanth. In many ways, this movie was a landmark in Tamil filmdom. It was also one of Rajnikanth's first major movies.
